成人胰母细胞瘤的诊断与治疗(附一例报道与近20年国内文献分析)

摘要
自1977年文献首次报道胰母细胞瘤（pancreatoblatoma）以来，截止2001年底的英文文献共报道胰母细胞瘤约60例。据Cubilla等统计，胰母细胞瘤占胰腺恶性肿瘤的0．16％。因胰母细胞瘤多发生于年龄为2～5岁的儿童，故亦称为儿童胰腺癌，而成人胰母细胞瘤则非常罕见。为提高成人胰母细胞瘤诊疗水平，作者报道1例并复习近20年国内文献报道，对成人胰母细胞瘤的诊断与治疗进行分析。
