摘要
国家环保总局核事故后果评价与预测系统的开发遵循成熟、实用、先进的原则。源项估计、大气扩散与辐射剂量计算以及应急防护措施分析采用国内外具有良好应用经验和反映当前应急干预原则要求的方法和模块,系统界面的设计强调评价流程的逻辑结构和用户友好性。本文介绍这个系统的总体框架设计、主要评价模块的特点与功能、系统数据库设计、系统运行环境设计以及用户界面的设计特点。
The development of consequences assessment and forecast system for nuclear accidents for State Environmental Protection Administration follows the principles of maturity and practicality. The methods and modules which have good application experiences are adapted for source term estimation, the computation of atmospheric diffusion and radiation dose, analysis of emergency measures. The system interface is user friendly. The frame design of the system, characteristics and function of main assessment modules, design of database, operating conditions of the system and user interface are introduced in this paper.
