摘要
采用自行研制的加氢反应器不锈钢带极堆焊材料,进行了电渣堆焊工艺及堆焊层综合性能的试验研究,经工厂的堆焊工艺评定后,成功地完成了大型加氢反应器内壁的不锈钢电渣堆焊.
procedure variables and layer properties are investigated from experiments in order to clad crude oil hydrogen cracking reactors with self-developed stainless steel strip electrode. After procedure evaluation within workshop in factory, the process well developed has been used for inside cladding of heavy reactors successfully.
