In case of emergency, time is very important. So it is necessary to find out the shortest way to save time so as to save the living and wealth. With the support of GIS, GPS and HBDS, this paper supplies a method of the shortest way, which is used in this system. This system provides the current space position of the system, the shortest way between two points on map, the shortest way to the nearest hospital or emergency center, and so on.
