摘要
应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对安钢烧结厂SRZ3175型热矿振动筛筛箱侧板上产生的裂纹,进行了静力学分析和动力学分析,重点研究了该裂纹形成的机理,并提出了改进措施,对改进后的筛箱结构重新进行的有限元分析结果表明,改进取得了明显效果。
The paper analyzes the crack on strengthened tendon of side board of SRZ3175 Hot Ore Vibrating Screen of sintering plant in Anyang Iron And Steel Corporation with the software of Finite Element Analysis ( ANSYS) from statics and dynamics. The researches are mainly on forming mechanism and improving measures of the crack, put forward some measures to improve structure of Vibrating Screen, and the analytic results to improved structure of Vibrating Screen indicates the mending effects are very obvious.
