摘要
基于备件“消耗———储备”动态循环模型,采用信息反馈技术,获得了不断修正的消耗定额。以最新的消耗定额为参数,结合最优化算法,得出了最优备件储备数量。利用备件属性数据和出库历史数据,实现了对备件的智能化采购决策。使用结果表明,具有反馈功能的消耗定额能实时反映设备对备件需求情况的变化,时刻以最经济的储备量和采购时间指导用户进行备件定额管理和计划管理。
Based on spare part" consume storage" dynamic circulation mode, a consecutively ~ctified consume ration was gained with information feedback technology. Combining the consume ration with optimization arithmetic, an optimized storage number of spare part was worked out. Using spare part property date and taking - out history date, a more economical and accurate spare part stock plan was made. The Results show that the rectified consume ration can indicate the need of spare part of equipment in real time and the system can guide users to manage spare part through most economic storage number and stock scheme at any moment.
