现代物流管理模式的发展已成为物流企业关注的焦点,越来越多的物流企业希望采用先进的物流管理模式在潜力巨大的物流市场上抢占一定的市场份额。本文介绍了现代物流管理的两种模式,分析了他们各自的特点和优势。通过对物流企业的案例分析,结合物流企业的实际,提出了当前物流企业发展所应采用的最优物流模式。

The development of modem logistic management model has been focused on by logistic enterprises. More and more logistic enterprises are willing to adopt the modem logistic management model to take certain share in the logistic market which has great potential. This essay introduces two management models of modem logistics and analyzes their characteristics and advantages. Through analyzing the cases of logistic enterprises and basing on the practice of logistic enterprises, the authors put forward the classic logistic model which should be adopted by the present logistic enterprises.
