摘要
印刷机制造业正向信息化迈进,在建立产品的三维数据模型后,能够进行机构的参数化调整,是实现机构仿真的基础。为了使通用三维设计软件更适合行业特点,使用更方便、快捷,应用VB对通用三维设计软件SolidWorks进行了二次开发。通过对SolidWorks API函数的调用,建立了印刷机前规机构的三维参数化调整,模块直接挂在SolidWorks的菜单下,界面统一、操作方便。
Printing mechanical industry is developing to the computerized enterprise. To realizing mechanism emulation, the first thing that we should do is to build the three-dimension data model of products, and then the paramenterized adjustment of mechanism will be done. In order to make the three-dimension design software SolidWorks easier and efficient to use, further development is made by using Visual Basic and SolidWorks API functions. The parametric adjusting of feed lay mechanism is established in this way. It will be helpful to improve the production efficiency and reduce costs.
