对精神科病案管理的实践与探讨

A Discussion on the Management of the Medical Records of the Mental Hospitals

医学现代科技信息的发展,使得病案信息资料直接影响到医院的管理、教学和科研。笔者结合本院病案管理实际工作,对精神科病案的特殊性以及管理中存在的问题,进行初步探讨。

With the development of modem information of science and technology, the information from medical records plays a major role in hospital management, education and study. Combined with the daily practice, the author researched the characters of the medical records of psychiatry and tried to answer some common questions in the medical record management.
