Under the background of economic globalization in 21st century, U.S. higher education is facing a series of new problems in talents, finances, resources, etc. The formation of the Secretary of Education's Commission on the Future of Higher Education(SECFHE) is one of the new measures of autocriticism of U.S. higher education.
