摘要
通过实验和数理统计得出,在海水通常氧含量时,滴定法与比色法所得结果无显著差别。比色法采用456nm波长,其变异系数为0.4%~0.9%,检出限0.043×10~3(V/V)。由于比色法比滴定法操作简便,前者更适用于大洋调查现场氧的测定。
Through experiments and mathematic statistics, we got the result: when the concentration of dissolved oxygen in seawater is normal, the result of tilritnetry is not evidently different from the result of colormetry. Colormetry uses the wavelength of 456nm and its coefficient of variation is 0.4%~0.9% , and the limit of detection is 0.043×103(V/V). Because the colormetry is easier to operate than titrimetry, the former is well suited to determine dissolved oxygen on the spot during marine surveys.
