日粮铜水平对绒山羊瘤胃代谢的影响 被引量:10

摘要 本试验通过体外与体内两种方法研究了基础日粮中(含铜7.38 mg/kg)添加铜(0、10、20和30 mg/kg)对非产绒期绒山羊瘤胃代谢的影响。结果表明:1)体外法结果说明,日粮铜水平对绒山羊瘤胃代谢短期内(24h内)无显著影响(P>0.05);2)体内法结果说明,日粮铜水平对绒山羊瘤胃代谢有影响。日粮适宜的铜浓度将促进瘤胃微生物的生长,进而提高动物的生产性能。 Effects of supplementing different copper levels(Cu:0, 10, 20, 30 mg/kg of diet)in basal diet(7.38 mg/kg of diet)on rumen fermentation of Inner Mongolian White Cashmere Goats during the no-growing cashmere period were studied by two methods (in vitro and in vivo). The results showed that: 1 )dietary copper did not affect rumen fermentation of Cashmere Goats in the short time (P 〉 0.05)(in vitro);2)dietary copper significantly affected rumen fermentation of Cashmere goats.Dietary optimal copper promoted growth of rumen microbe, which increased animal performance(in vivo).
