摘要
根据我矿井下现行充填工艺,我矿充填成本高达10.52元/吨,(含电费、工人工资、水泥消耗)是影响我矿采矿单耗的一大因素,为此我们以降低充填成本、确保两率指标、提高回采工效为原则,通过外出参观学习,内部探讨研究,提出了用新型尾砂固结材料替代水泥进行胶结充填的新观点,通过充填系统改造、充填管路更换、充填线路优化、实验室试验、工业试验一系列工作的开展,我们取得了显著成效,充填体早期强度得到提高、贫损两率指标较好控制、充填单耗降低、安全条件得到改良。其经济效益显著,其社会效益则不可估量。
The new condensable Laboratory Industry Trial The great effecting to the cost of mining is high cost of clot, so we base on lower cost, lower loss and poverty rate, higher efl'icient. By studying fi'om other and studying in ourselves, we put forward adopting new condensable stuff instead of concrete . And applying alteration system in clot , changing lead of clot, trial in laboratory and industry. We draw the conclusion that adopting new condensable stuff have a series of advantage, such as lower cost, lower loss and poverty rate, higher efficient, higher intensity of period, better security condition , the mileage is very obvious in economy and social.
