Discussion on Adjusting Activity of Qi in Gastrointestinal Disease

胃肠疾病发生的内因主要是气机的升降斡旋失司。通过论述气机的病理生理特点及其与胃肠动力障碍的关系,指出气机升降失常是胃肠疾病的病理基础,阐明调畅气机在胃肠疾病治疗中的重要意义。

It is fundament of human life about ascending-descending coming in -going out of qi. Activity of qi hoisting disorder was internal cause in gastrointestinal disease by author considered. The role of activity of qi hoisting was indicated in this article from three aspects, activity of qi hoisting disorder was mainly evoked by psychologic factors; gastrointestinal motivity was related with activity of qi hoisting and it was showed that the therapeutic methods on adjusting activity of qi in gastrointestinal disease. Significance that adjusting activity of qi was indicated, iheoretic directions was hoped to provide for Clinical treatment in gastrointestinal disease.
