丹参酮对肥厚心肌中血管活性肽的干预 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨丹参酮逆转心肌肥厚的分子生物学基础。方法将大鼠行两肾一夹手术,形成心肌肥厚模型后,再给予丹参酮及卡托普利治疗8周。观察模型组、治疗组及空白对照组大鼠血浆及心肌组织中肾上腺素(adrenaline,AD)、去甲肾上腺素(noradrenaline,NA)、血管紧张素II(angiotensinⅡ,AngⅡ)含量与肥厚程度之间的关系以及与丹参酮、卡托普利逆转心肌肥厚的相关性。结果丹参酮和卡托普利一样,能够显著的降低肥厚心脏的左心室/体重指数(P<0.05),同时可使血中升高的NA含量下降(P<0.05),而心肌组织中NA含量则较模型组明显升高(P<0.05)。丹参酮还能够使肥厚心肌中升高的AD及AngII显著降低。结论丹参酮可能通过对肥厚心肌组织局部的血管活性肽的干预作用来逆转心室肥厚。 Objective To discuss the fundament of molecular biology about tanshinone reversing myocardial hypertrophy. Method After they experienced myocardial hypertrophy due to suffering the surgery of "two kidney one clamp", the rats would be treated by tanshinone and captopril for 8 weeks. Then it needed to observe the relation between adrenaline(AD), noradrenaline(NA) and angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ) contents in plasma and myocardial tissue of rats and hypertrophic degree in model group, treatment group and control group. And it also would be necessary to judge the possible relation between these vasoactive peptides contents and the effect of tanshinone and captopril on myocardial hypertrophy. Result As captopril done, tanshinone could obviously decrease the LVW/BW in hypertrophic heart (P〈0.05) and the elevated NA in plasma (P〈0.05). Nevertheless, NA in myocardial tissue in treatment group was much more than that in model group (P〈0.05). Tanshinone also significantly decreased elevated AD and AngⅡ in hypertrophic myocardium. Conclusion Tanshinone may intervene the vasoactive peptides in hypertrophic myocardial tissue so as to reverse ventricular hypertrophy.
