摘要
文章认为企业的薪酬机制应该与企业的经营战略相匹配,在不同的经营战略下应实施不同的薪酬机制。文章首先提出了企业薪酬机制与经营战略的匹配问题;然后对企业的薪酬机制进行了内涵界定;最后探讨了薪酬机制和经营战略的匹配机制和模式。
Enterprise's compensation mechanism should match its marketing strategy. An enterprise should carry out different compensation mechanism under different marketing strategy. First, this paper puts forward this issue and then it defines the connotation of compensation mechanism, at last, it explores the matching mechanism and patterns.
