摘要
采用微波辐射技术,以丙烯酸和十四醇为原料,直接熔融制备了丙烯酸十四酯。探讨了微波辐射功率和辐射时间、原料配比、催化剂用量等因素对酯化反应产率的影响;实验结果表明,制备丙烯酸十四酯的最佳条件为微波输出功率为260 W、辐射时间为12 m in、n(十四醇):n(丙烯酸)为1.0:1.2,催化剂用量为0.6%(w%),在此条件下制备丙烯酸十四酯的反应时间从4 h缩短到12 m in,反应速率提高20倍,能耗显著降低,酯产率可达96%。
With the aid of microwave technology,tetradecyl acrylate was prepared by mixing acrylic acid and tetradecyl alcohol directly. The effects of radiant efficiency, radiant time, ratio of raw materials, catalyst dosage on yield of esterification were discussed. Results showed that the optimal conditions for tetradecyl acrylate preparation were as follows : microwave output power 260W, radiant time 12 min, n (tetradecyl) : n (acrylic) = 1.0 : 1.2, catalyst dosage 0.6 wt%. The reaction time was reduced from 4h to 12min which boosted reaction speed by 20 fold. There- fore energy consumption decreased greatly. The yield of ester reached 96%.
