摘要
本文介绍了荧光光谱测定土壤样品中烃的方法。通过实验比较,证明氯仿,己烷和石油醚3种有机萃取剂均可作为荧光光谱萃取烃的良好萃取剂。土壤样品萃取后用265um波长激发,在300-450um范围内对烃荧光进行扫描,并分别测量320,360,405um处相对荧光强度。方法精密度和准确性较好,能满足化探扫面的质量要求。
A method for the determination of hydrocarbon in soils by spectrofluorimetry is described. Comparison experiments show that each of the three solvents, chloroform, he-caneand petroleum ether,can be used as a favourite extractant for the hydrocarbon. The fluorescent spectra of hydrocarbon,after extraction,on the wavelength range of 300-- 450 urn werescanned under excition wavelentgh of 265 urn and the relative intensities on 320 urn, 360 urnand 405 urn were recorded. The method is of good precision and accuracy,and is satisfactoryin geochemical survey.
