摘要
汽车电控制单元的开发中,一项重要的工作是对控制规律参数进行调解,也就是所谓“控制单元的标定”。文章介绍了一个用于机械式自动变速器(AutomatedManualTransmission,AMT)控制单元的标定系统,它采用控制器局域网(ControllerAreaNetwork,CAN)标定协议CCP(CANCalibrationProtocol),通过CAN网络实现标定计算机与被标定的控制单元的通信,实现对控制单元数据的调节和数据的上传和下载。标定操作界面支持数据点、曲线和数据表的标定操作。直接对曲线的拖动功能,使修正脉谱图时更直观。通过实际AMT控制单元开发应用,验证了标定系统的性能。
In the development of automotive control unit,one of the key work is to adjust the control parameters,that is the so called "control system calibration".In the paper a calibration system is introduced that is used for developing of AMT(Automated Manual Transmission ).It supports CCP(CAN Calibration protocol,CAN:Controller Area Network),and the calibrated control unit and the calibrating computer are connected through CAN.With the CAN the data are up- loaded and down-loaded.The calibration interface supports editing of datum points,curve and table.The function of draging curve point make map calibration more straight.The functions of the system are tested in the application of a AMT control unit development.
