摘要
本文讨论了人防(国防)工程地下结构承受核爆炸荷载下的可靠度。用本文的一次二阶矩方法,既避免了用随机振动的穿越理论求结构可靠度考虑的结构系统不确定性的复杂性,又可根据人防(国防)工程破坏概率较高的特点,不考虑荷载、结构材料这些随机变量的具体分布概型,从而为工程应用提供了一个可行的方法,为进一步的研究工作作了准备。
This paper deals with the reliability of the underground structures of civil defences (national defences) subjected to the load of nuclear explosion. The method of the first-order second-moment is used in this paper to determine the reliability of the structures not only can avoid the complexity which is unavoidable in consideration of the uncertainty of the structural system when using the crossing theory of stochastic vibration but according to the characteristics of higher probability in destruction of civil defences (national defences). also can take no account of the probabilistic distribution type of such random variables asloads and the structural materials. Thus it provides a practicable method and in preperationfor further researches in engineering problems.
