增生性玻璃体视网膜病变患者血清和玻璃体液PEDF水平的检测

Pigment Epitheliu-derived Factor Levels in Vitrous and Serum in Patients with Proliferative Vitreoretinopathy

目的检测视网膜脱离(RD)伴有增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)患者血清和玻璃体液中色素上皮衍生因子(PEDF)的含量,并探讨其相互关系。方法同时收集28例RD伴有PVR患者血清和玻璃体液标本,用酶联免疫吸附分析(ELISA)方法检测PEDF质量浓度,以8例不伴有PVR的单纯黄斑孔(MH)患者作为正常对照组。结果各组患者血清PEDF质量浓度无明显差异(P>0.05)。PVR玻璃体内PEDF质量浓度(55.32±3.65)ng/ml,均低于对照组(27.25±0.95)ng/ml(P<0.01),PVR各级之间均有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论PVR玻璃体内PEDF低质量浓度不是由于血-视网膜屏障弥散引起的,可能是由于眼组织自身调节引起;玻璃体内PEDF随着PVR的发展而发生有意义的变化,可能参与了PVR的病理过程。

Objective To study the relation between pigment epithelium-derlved factor （PEDF） in intraocular fluid and prolfferative vitreoretinopathy （PVR）. Methods Vitreous fluid were simultaneously collected from 28 patients with PVR and 8 patients with macular hole （ control）. Results The mean PEDF concentrations in serum had no significant difference in various groups and were higher than that in intraocular fluid （ P 〈 0.01 ）, but there was no correlation between two samples. Intravitrcous level of PEDF was lower in PVR patients （55.32 ± 3.65ng/nd） in comparison with control patients （27.25 ± 0.95ng/ml）. Conclgsions The intraocular PEDF in PVR patients may be derived from the secretory functions of ocular tissues, there were significant difference in different classes with development of PVR, which suggests that PEDF involves in the pathological process of PVR.
