肾功能损害对重症急性胰腺炎预后的影响

Affection of Kidney Failure on the Prognosis of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨重症急性胰腺炎的病程发展规律和治疗方案。方法对108例重症急性胰腺炎住院患者的病历资料进行分析、研究其预后与肾功能损害的关系。结果108例急性胰腺炎发生肾功损害者39例,发生率为36.11%。结论重症急性胰腺炎发生肾功能损害者对患者预后有明显影响,肾功能损害越重,死亡率越高,应加强早期监控和治疗。

Objective To discuss the development of severe acute pancreatitis and its therapy. Methods The data of 108 hospitalized cases of severe acute pancreafitis were ananyzedw and the relation between their prognosis and kidney failure was studied. Results Out of the 108 cases,39 cases suffered from kidney failure, the incidence rate was 36.11% . Conclusions Kidney failure in severe acute pancreatitis has an obvious affection on the prognosis of the patients, the more severe the kidney failure is, the higher the death rate will be, so early monitoring and treatment should be strengthened.
