摘要
经济法学理论体系的完善需要有对理论体系的恰当判断。正确认识特别市场规制制度的理论体系,恰当处理与市场规制法学中其他制度及其理论的关系,是构建和完善市场规制学体系所需要解决的重要问题之一。本文从特别市场的判断标准及其认定、特别市场规制制度的体系及其与市场规制法学相关理论的关系等角度,探讨了市场规制法学中特别市场规制制度的理论体系及其定位。
The development of economic law theory system needs proper definition of theory system. And an accurate understanding of the theory system of special market regulation and proper disposal of the relationship with the other system or theory under market regulation law is one of the important issues which should be resolved when establishing and perfecting market regulation system. This essay addresses special market regulation theory system under market regulation law and its orientation from the perspectives of the principles determining the special market and how they work, the system of special market regulation and its relationship with other relative doctrine under market regulation law.
