Problems of Compulsory Education Teacher Training

义务教育教师培养的现状令人忧虑,解决这一问题必须从改革师范教育着手。认识上要正本清源,要明确师范教育的计划性和超前性,突出师范院校的师范性,认识教师作用的不可替代性,建立新的教师培养模式,实施全额助学金制度,组建农村义务教育志愿者队伍,以推进农村和贫困地区基础教育的跨越式发展。

The present situation of compulsory education teacher training is worrisome. To solve this problem we should make clear the planning and advancing of normal education, focusing on the normal nature of normal colleges and universities, realize the non-replacement of teacher function, establish new model of teacher training, implement total scholarship system and organize the rural compulsory education volunteer team to advance the development of the basic education in rural and poor areas.
