It is a common fact that many mid-vocational school tethers are tired of teaching. The causes lie in the poor quality of student source, the heavy burden of teachers, the great pressure of research work and promotion and the difficult situation of enrollment and employment. Such measures as reforming education methods, enrolling professionals, humanistic concern from the school and society, and teachers＇ regulation by themselves should be taken to solve the problem.
