关于民营企业文化建设的思考

民营企业已成为我国国民经济的重要组成部分,而企业文化是企业的灵魂和支柱,是企业成功的基石,是组织和协调员工的有力手段。但我国民营企业文化却存在一些问题,严重影响了民营企业的进一步发展,因此民营企业要实现持续稳定发展,就必须采取各种切实可行的措施,建设适合民营企业发展的新型企业文化。

Private enterprises have become an important component in Chinese economy. Enterprise culture is the soul and the pillar to enterprises, and the foundation of enterprise success. But the culture of private enterprises has some problems in China. This situation affects further development of private enterprises seriously. Therefore, the private enterprises should take various effective measures to construct new enterprise culture that suits the devdopment of private enterprises, so as to promote sustained development of private enterprises.
