摘要
我国国民经济一直呈严重的二元经济结构特征,且日趋明显,转换二元经济结构已成当务之急。要转换二元经济结构,农业发展是根本,农业富余劳动力的转移是必由之路。
Our national economy has always been characterized by serious dual economic structure, which becomes more obvious nowadays. So it has already become a task of top priority to change the dual economic structure. Which should be based on the agricultural development and take work force transfer as a necessary way.
