Application of ISO9001:2000 Standards in the Postgraduate Education Quality Management

文章论述了在研究生教育质量管理中引入ISO9000族标准的必要性和可行性,并参照ISO 9001:2000标准,从管理职责、资源管理、产品实现和测量、分析、改进四个方面建立了研究生教育质量管理体系,最后提出在实施质量管理体系的过程中应注意的问题。

The author probes to discuss the necessity and usefulness of applying the ISO9000 international standards to postgraduate education quality management. On the basis of the analyses, the paper, with reference to the ISO9001 ： 2000 quality management standards, deals with four aspects of postgraduate education quality management system： management obligation, resources management, production realization and the process concerning measurement, so as to build a postgraduate education quality management system. At last, the paper puts forward some idea, which should be paid enough attention to during the implementation of the system.
