预处理对大鼠小肠缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

PRECONDITIONING PROTECTES INTESTINE FROM ISCHEMIC REPERFUSION INJURY OF RAT

目的：探讨缺血预处理（ＰＣ）对大鼠小肠Ｉ／Ｒ损伤的保护作用及其机理。方法：采用小肠Ｉ／Ｒ模型，分别观察血压、肠道组织损伤和血管床功能改变。结果：ＰＣ减轻了小肠粘膜出血损伤及整体血压下降，组织ＭＤＡ含量和血浆ＬＤＨ活性降低（Ｐ＜０．０ｌ）；肠组织ＥＢ含量和ＭＰＯ活性亦降低（Ｐ＜０．０ｌ）。结论：缺血预处理对小肠Ｉ／Ｒ损伤有保护作用，其机理与血管床受到保护有关。

bjective:To investigate the protection of ischemic preconditioning on intestinal I/R injury and its mechanism in rat.Metkods:On the model of intestinal I/R injury, Bp,intestinal tissue injury,and function of vasculature were observed and assayed.Each value was expressed as the x±s. statisti-cal analyses were performed with oneway ANOVA;Results:Preconditioning attenuated hemorrhage in intestinal mucoca and the decrease of systemic Bp.In the preconditioned animals,tissue MDA content and plasma LDH activity were significantly lower than those of the I/R group(P<0.01).Intestinal Evans blue dye content and MPO activity were also significantly lower than those in the I/R group(P<0.01).Couclusions:Ischemic preconditioning can protect intestine from I/R injury.The mechanism may be involved in the protection of intestinal vasculature.
