摘要
目的:阐明氧化苦参碱抗过敏作用。方法:采用二硝基氯苯诱发的DTH模型,通过皮肤肿胀度,伊文思蓝渗出量及放免法测定皮损白三烯C_4含量时对照组、氧化苦参碱组,氢化可的松组进行比较,用方差齐性分析进行统计学处理,并在试管中进行了同系种细胞抗体介导的肥大细胞脱颗粒试验。结果:证实氧化苦参碱可以减轻DNCB诱发的DTH反应,抑制同系种细胞介导的肥大细胞脱颗粒,抑制率46%~63%,降低DTH模型鼠皮损内白三烯C_4水平。结论:氧化苦参碱有减轻CB诱发的DTH反应和抑制同种细胞抗体介导的肥大细胞脱颗粒作用。
Objective:The present study deals with the pharmacodynamic effect of oxymatrine on DTH model induced by 1% DNCB.Methods:By measuring swelling skin degree,Evens blue dye exudation and the content on LTC_4 in skin tissue in control,oxymatrine and hydrocortisone group pass statistics treatment of homogeneity test of variance,Results:DTH reaction and LTC_4 level in skin tissue induced by DNCB in rats can be decreased hy oxymatrine,In vitro,the degranulation of mast cell mediated by homocytotropic antibody can also be inhibited by oxymatrine,Conclusions:Oxymatrine can inhibit DTH reaction induced by DNCB in rats and the degranulation of mast cell mediated by homocytotropic anti-bdy.
