论高校科研与教学融合问题

On the Combination between Teaching and Research in Colleges

科学研究是大学和社会发展的需要,是由大学发展的内在规律决定的。大学离不开科学研究,大学科学研究具有条件优越、科研和教学结合的特点。我国高校的科研和教学的关系,是既互相促进,又存在矛盾的相辅相成关系。现阶段教学和科研的融合还不能令人满意,只有妥善解决矛盾理顺关系,大学科研和教学才能顺利开展。

The development of the university and the society calls for scientific research, which is determined by the inherent rules of the development of higher education. Universities are indispensable to scientific research, and university research is characterized by its combination with teaching and other advantages. Research work and teaching in universities and colleges in China are auxih＇ary to each other;, they are beneficial and contradictory to each other at the same time. At present, the fusion of teaching and research work is still unsatisfactory. In order to make beth of them progress smoothly, the problems must be solved and the relationship must be straightened out.
