摘要
本文在对新加坡华人家族企业进行实证研究的基础上提出华人家族企业持续发展的PRC模型,即家族企业持续发展主要由绩效管理、关系管理和变革管理决定。实证调查数据的分析结果,验证了模型的有效性。文章还讨论了PRC模型在华人家族企业持续发展中的应用意义。
This paper has introduced a three-pole PRC model based on empirical study of Chinese family enterprises in Southeast Asia. The model management and change management, which are consists of performance management, relation essential factors to decide whether the family enterprises can develop persistently. Data analysis supported the three-pole PRC model. The implications of the PRC model were also discussed in this paper.
