Xibaipo Period was crucial for Chinese Communist Party to win over the final victory. So CCP made a series of policies to protect farmers＇ interest covering economy, politics and culture. For one, these policies embodied that our party cared and protected farmers＇ benefit; for another, they mobilized farmers to take part in the revolutionary war, speeded up the battle progress and warranted the final victory.
