Analysis of International Technical Trade under the Principles of TRIPS

文章简述了国际技术贸易的内容、方式以及《与贸易有关的知识产权协议》(TRIPS协议)的主要内容, 分析了在《与贸易有关的知识产权协议》(TRIPS协议)框架下国际技术贸易的发展前景,在此基础上,提出了我国作为最大的发展中国家应对TRIPS协议带来的挑战的对策。

With the rapid growth of international technical trade, various types of dispute and friction about intellectual property are on the increase. The paper briefly discusses the content and ways of international technical trade, as well as the main coment of TRIPS. Then it analyzes the prospects of international technical trade under the principles of TRIPS. On the basis of that, the author puts forward some proposals for China the largest developing country to deal with challenges brought by TRIPS.
