摘要
目的：观察复合光敏树脂充填时对牙髓的影响。方法：在儿童因正畸而需要拔除的双尖牙和兔的磨牙上，充填复合光敏树脂，一定时间后将牙齿拔下进行病理检查。结果：复合光敏树脂能引起牙髓血管扩张、充血，成牙本质细胞变性、萎缩；兔牙的病变尤为明显。结论：复合光敏树脂对牙髓有刺激作用，充填时垫底非常重要。
Objective . To observe the influence of composite photosensitive resin. a filling material on the dental pulp. Methods. Fillings with this material were performed on the chlldren’s premolars to be extracted for orthodontic need and rabbits’ molars. Thereafter. the pathological examination was car-ried out. Results . The blood vessels were dilated and hyperemic. Atrophy and degeneration appeared in odontoblasts. The pathological changes were more obvious in rabbits. Conclusion . The composite pho-tosensitive resin isnirritant to dental pulp. To use a base is very important in filling with this material.
