低温胁迫对割手密和斑茅游离脯氨酸含量的影响(Ⅱ) 被引量:22

摘要 研究了来自不同原生地甘蔗近缘野生种割手密、斑茅无性系叶片中游离脯氨酸(Fpro)的含量及其与低温的关系。结果表明,冬季割手密和斑茅叶片中Fpro的含量与其原生地的海拔、纬度之间呈极显著的正相关关系,冬季的Fpro含量平均值分别是夏季的11.4和7.7倍,导致Fpro积累的真正原因是低温;在持续低温胁迫条件下,割手密、斑茅叶片中Fpro含量呈波动式增长,在作变温处理时Fpro的消长是可逆的。叶片中Fpro含量与其抗寒性关系十分密切的特点,表明它可以作为甘蔗近缘野生种抗寒力鉴定的指标。 The relationship between the content of free proline ( Flow ) in the leaf of Saccharum spontaneum L. and Sclerostachya in basic sugarcane germplasm (BSG), which came from different growth sites and low temperature,and its growth location was researched, The results showed that there was highly significant positive correlation between the content of Fpro in leaf of Saccharum spontaneum L. and Sclerostachya. The average contents of the Fpro of Saccharum spontaneum L.and Sclerostachya in winter was 11.4 times and 7.7 times more than in summer, respectively. The real reason to promote the Fpro to be accumulated was low temperature. The content of the Fpro in Saccharum spontaneum L. and Sclerostachya was an undulate chining under sustained cold stress. When we changed the temperature,the increasing or decreasing of the Fpro was reversible.
