大岩桐组织培养与快速繁殖

Tissue Culture and Rapids Propagation of Sinningia Speciosa

以大岩桐无菌苗为试材,进行增殖培养。经试验筛选出此阶段最适合的培养基,试管苗增殖最佳培养基为:MS+2.0 mg/L BA+0.62 mg/LNAA。实验表明,添加番茄汁抑制了试管苗增殖,添加活性炭抑制了试管苗的增殖和生长。

A lots of shoots of sinningia speciosa from the aseptic young plantlets as experimental materials were produced. The best medium was： MS ＋ BA 2.0 g/L ＋ NAA 0.62 mg/L. Tomato juice and active carbon could promote the plantlets.
