摘要
以瓜枝孢(Cladosporium cucumernium)强致病菌株为出发菌株,采用适宜高温诱变处理,筛选得到1株弱致病株,鉴定发现该菌株具有较高的诱导抗病性。把该菌株在培养基中连续培养15代,弱致病菌的遗传性状非常稳定。在寄主上进一步研究表明,该菌株也具有一定的遗传稳定性。
As a original strain, Cladosporium cucumernium(Pathogen)2 was mutated by high temperature. A weak infectious pathogen strain named 2-2A2 was obtained. It could induce the resistance to pathogenic strain in cucumber. Successively cultured fifteen times in the medium,2-2A2 was stable in heredity characters. And they trod good genetic stability in cucumber.
