Discussion on the Strategy and Countermeasure of Agricaltural Enterprise

企业对内部的认识、企业自身的结构和企业的知识资源在企业战略实施的过程中起着很重要的作用,并在企业的战略的形成和实施中扮演着不同的角色,直接影响到企业战略实施的效果。建立企业环境和资源的阶梯模型,完整阐述企业对内部的认识、自身的结构和知识资源之间的关系,在模型的基础上对农业企业作出共性的分析,提出实质性建议。

The internal understanding, internal structure and knowledge resources of an enterprise play very important role in its strategy implementation. The different internal understanding, internal structure and knowledge resources may result in different strategy and strategy implementation effect. In this article the relation among corporate internal understanding, internal structure and knowledge resources was explained, and some general analysis of agriculture corporate and some suggestions about agriculture corporate were put forward.
