摘要
我国拥有世界上最为庞大的农业科技人员队伍。受农业大国的国情和长期计划经济的影响,使我国农业科研机构设置和人员配备具有显著的特点,机构重复设置、层次复杂,人员结构不合理的现象也很突出,这使得我国农业科研的效果受到很大影响。改变这一状况的措施是进行科研管理体制改革,优化科技人力资源配置,通过教育培训等手段提高科技人力资源的素质。
The human resource of agricultural S&T in China is rich, but its structure and the distribution is un - reasonable. Most of high quality human resources are collected in big city and eastern city of China. The central section and the western region where there were not enough agricultural S&T human resource. Meanwhile, the subject of these researchers in here fecused only on crop production obviously. Researchers whose subjects were live stock husbandry, food processing and agricultural machine were not enough relatively. As a method of improving this case, we should reform agricultural S&T system, optimize the disposition of agricultural S&T human resource, raise the quality of agricultural S&T human resource by training.
