Preliminary Selection of Fine Individual-tree of Taxus yunnanensis

在收集整理有关资料的基础上,提出云南红豆杉优良单株初选标准,对形质指标提出定性要求;生物量指标拟合最优回归数学模型,得到优树选择最低基点和基线图;小枝叶紫杉醇含量根据预选群体计算其入选率与选择强度,以此为依据推算紫杉醇含量选择标准。

In order to develop large areas of raw material forest of Taxus yunnanensis for medicinal purposes, it is a fact that superior individual trees with high biologic yield, high alcohol content of Japanese yew and high resistance are selected from Taxus yunnanensis natural forest to set up cutting orchard to provide materials for breeding. Based on the data eolleetion, the paper proposes 3 criteria for preliminary selection of elite individu- al tree of Taxus yunnanensis namely qualitative requirement on form quality index; biomass index fitting fine regressive mathematic model to achieve the lowest basic point and base line map; the ratio ＆ strength of seleetion for alcohol content of Japanese yew of small branches to be calculated according to the preseleeted colony, hence to reekon the criterion for selecting alcohol content of Japanese yew.
