重肌灵冲剂治疗眼肌型重症肌无力远期疗效观察

A Long-term Follow-up Result of Clinical Observation in Treatment Ocular Myasthenia Gravis with Zhongjiling Granule

目的：观察重肌灵冲剂治疗眼肌型重症肌无力的远期疗效。方法：以2000年6月-2002年6月常规用溴化吡啶斯的明联合泼尼松片治疗27例（49只眼）为对照组；同期应用重肌灵冲剂结合针灸治疗的27例（48只眼）为观察组。治疗后随访观察3—5年，比较两组病例的远期疗效。结果：从临床疗效积分变化统计：观察组27例中，痊愈2例（7．41％）、基本痊愈3例（11．1l％）、显效10例（37．03％）、好转10例（37．03％）、无效2例（7．41％），有效率92．58％；对照组分别为3例（11．1％）、2例（7．41％）、10例（37．03％）、11例（40．74％）、1例（3．70％），有效率96．29％；提示观察组和对照组在临床疗效积分方面无显著差异（P〉0．05）。两组患者远期疗效有极显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：重肌灵冲剂针灸结合治疗眼肌型重症肌无力比常规治疗的远期效果好，副作用小。

Objective ：To explore effect of Zhongjiling granule in treatment of ocular myasthenia gravis. Methods ： There were twenty- seven pstients （49 eyes）were treated with Pyridostigminc combining pyridostigmine from 2000 to 2002 in control group. Twenty- seven patients （48 eyes） were treated with Zhongjiling granule combining acupuncture in the observation group. These patients were followed up from 3 years to 5 years. And long - term follow - up results were compared between two groups. Results ： Statis- tic thc clinical effect scoring：in the observation group of all the 27 treated cases,2 cases（7.41% ） are recovered. 3 cases （ 11.11% ） responded excellently. 10 cases （37.03%） are markedly effective. 10 cases （ 37.03 % ） are improved. 2 cases （7.41% ） are failed, the total effective rate is 92.58%. In the control group,the individual percents of above are 3 cases（ 11.11% ） ,2 cases（7.41% ）, 10 cases （37.03 % ）, 11 cases （40.74%）, and 1 case （ 3.70% ）, the total effective rate is 96.29% ;the effect of the two groups showed no significantly difference （ P 〉0.05） ,The long-term effect was a significant difference（ P 〈 0.01 ） between the control group and the observation group. Conclusion： The long - term result of Zhongjiling granule combining acupuncture was better than routine therapy, and milder side - effect in the treatment of ocular myasthenia gravis.
