This paper introduce an intelligent system on solving middle school algebric equation. The main way of the slystem is user in put equation at reste tenminal end, then untral server start the system proudure to compelete eack function. The purpose of this system is tutoring students through internet. This system has some characteristics such as tutoring-oriented, being based on internet, high precision and high accuracy. Otherwise, this system guarantee good interaction between users and long-distance server, so informations can he transfered and feedbacked quickly.
