辽河油田超稠原油延迟焦化技术工业应用 被引量:2

摘要 中国石油辽河石化分公司采用延迟焦化工艺直接加工辽河油田杜-84油区的超稠原油,省去了蒸馏装置。工业试验结果表明,在炉出口温度492℃,焦炭塔压力0.13 MPa,循环比 0.394的情况下,采用延迟焦化装置完全能够加工该原油,生产出焦化汽油、焦化柴油及3A级石油焦。分馏塔底355℃的低温控制,阻止分馏塔底结焦,保证了长周期的生产。该加工方式较传统加工方法节省能源,也提供了一条用二次加工装置直接加工重质原油的新途径。 Delayed coking for direct processing super-heavy Liaohe crude from Du-84 oil field was introduced. The commercial results showed that under the operation conditions of a reaction temperature of 492 ℃, a reaction pressure of 0.13 MPa and a recycle ratio of 0. 394, coker gasoline, coker gas oil and 3 A grade petroleum coke were obtained from the delayed coker; bottom coking of the fractionating tower was suppressed by keeping the bottom temperature below 355 ℃, thus ensuring a long-term stable operation. Since crude distillation was omitted in this processing route, the energy consumption was less as compared with the conventional processing route, furthermore, a new route of direct processing heavy crude by secondary processing unit was proposed.
