According to the theories set pair analysis and ship survivability evaluation, combining with the disposal model of ship＇s power device, this paper exerts the decision-maklng model of set pair analysis to evaluate the best plan in the disposal of ship＇s power device. A new idea and a new method to the best decision-making in the disposal of ship＇s power device are offered.
