摘要
整体浇铸的尾柱采用传统的在总装线船台上待分段合拢后,再拉主机轴线定位安装的方法施工难度大、船台周期长。本文采用在总段上用经纬仪确定尾柱轴毂孔中心线前后靶点,然后拉钢丝线的方法来定位安装尾柱,并通过焊接方法及焊接顺序的控制来保证其安装精度。实践证明,该工艺方法合理有效。
Traditionally, the integral casted stem post is positioned according to engine's axes after completing subassembly on the berth. This technolngy is executed difficultly and needs large berth period. This paper introduces a new technology in which the fore and aft target spot of center line of stem post hub is darn'mined by the transit in hull block,then the stem post is fixed according to straight steel thread between fore and aft target spot. Meanwhile,the fixing precision could be controlled by welding technology and procedure. This new technology has been proved reasonably and effeetively in practice.
