应用实时三维超声诊断心脏良性占位性病变

摘要 目的:探讨实时三维超声心动图在心脏良性占位性病变诊断中的应用价值。方法:应用窄角实时三维显示(Live-3D)和全容积实时三维显示(Full-volume)模式对1例左心室纤维瘤、8例黏液瘤及1例左心室血栓进行实时成像,对三维图像进行后处理,观察病变的大小、形态、活动度、附着部位;并与二维超声图像对比。结果:10例均获得满意的三维图像,清晰显示出病变的立体形态和毗邻关系。纤维瘤表面光滑,内部回声均匀;有包膜的黏液瘤表面光滑,部分无包膜的结构松散,内部回声不均匀;血栓形态不规则,附着面大,内部回声不均匀;实时三维超声显示病变的附着部位较二维超声成像更直观、准确。结论:实时三维超声心动图能立体地显示占位性病变结构,比二维超声心动图提供更丰富的病变信息。
