基于建筑抗震设计的城市防震减灾研究

摘要 分析地震对城市地表、建筑物、生命线工程造成的破坏,提出建筑物倒塌是地震中人员伤亡的最主要和直接原因。论述防震规划的重要性,从建筑抗震分类、设计标准和施工质量3方面研究防震减灾的措施。 Analyzing the urban destruction by earthquakes from three aspects such as urban ground, building and life line project, we can concluded that the building collapse is the most main and direct reason to people death and injury in earthquake. The paper researched the importance of urban planning, investigated preventing earthquake disasters from building types, seismic design and construction quality.
