摘要
针对光散射测量技术中微粒光散射多峰现象对测量结果的影响问题展开了研究,其中对光敏区中微粒几种运动的随机性所产生的光物理机制进行分析,并根据分析结果,建立了荷电微粒模型.分析研究了静电对于光敏区运动微粒的作用及其对单分散特性的影响.提出了在喷嘴处加载高位静电场给微粒荷电,利用荷电微粒间的Coulomb作用力,从而可有效地减弱非单分散随机现象的发生几率,最终改善微粒粒度分布光散射测量法的测量效果.
Multi-scattering effects on the measuring results in the application of light scattering are studied. Firstly, the moving probability of panicles which go through the scattering area is with optical physics theory. Secondly, a charged panicle model is setup by the analyzing results. the effects on the single scattering of charged technique analyzed In addipanicles and electrical effects of static-field on charged particles are studied. At the end, a new method is proposed in which the probability of non-single scattering is weakened by Coulomb effect and the measuring results are improved greatly.
