电解法动态处理屠宰场有机废水的研究 被引量:1

摘要 应用电解法动态处理屠宰场有机废水。分析电解过程各因素对有机废水的COD、氨氮、浊度和色度的影响。试验结果表明:在极板间距为19mm多平板电极作用下,采用增大废水流量,增大电解电压,延长电解时间对COD、氨氮、浊度、色度去除率都有明显的提高。试验在pH值为7·55和电导率为2050μs/cm的情况下,采用电解电压为60V,废水流量为600L/h和电解时间为20min,指标COD、氨氮、色度和浊度的去除率分别为70·0%、71·0%、99·9%和99·9%,均达到了废水排放的二级标准。 This paper introduces an application to treatment organic wastewater in slaughterhouse by the dynamic electrolysis. In the electrolysis processing , various factors influencing removal rates of COD, NH3 - N, color and mud- dy degree are discussed. The result shows that maintaining the same electrode distance of 19 mm sheet electrode, the removal rates of COD, NH3 - N, color and muddy degree are improved when increasing the flowing of wastewater , magnifying the voltage of electrolysis and intending the duration of electrolysis . Maintaining pH 7. 55 and conductivity and 2050μs/cm, the removal rates of COD, NH3- N, color and muddy degree are 70%, 71%, 99. 9 %and 99. 9% respectively when the voltage of electrolysis is 60V , the flowing of wastewater is 600L/H and the duration of electrolysis is 20min , and discharge criterion of two grade can be reached.
